Choosing the jurisdiction
A free zone (our core — Meydan: 100% foreign ownership, preferential tax regime), mainland for the domestic market, or an offshore holding for assets. The structure follows the task — not the other way around.
I Structure · 01
We create and run our clients' UAE companies through the full cycle: from choosing the jurisdiction to a ready license, seal and account — and onwards through the company's life. One manager, no government portals on your side.
A free zone (our core — Meydan: 100% foreign ownership, preferential tax regime), mainland for the domestic market, or an offshore holding for assets. The structure follows the task — not the other way around.
Name reservation, a license with the right activities, MOA/AOA corporate documents, the Establishment Card — the immigration card that lets the company sponsor visas — seal and legal address.
An entity to hold assets, shares and property — when ownership should stand apart from operations.
Office, people, expenses in the UAE — what banks and regulators expect to see. We build the presence and keep its reporting.
Amendments, license renewals, redomiciliation between jurisdictions with history preserved, liquidation — the company lives, we run it.
A new structure naturally pulls visas, a bank account, accounting and compliance — all with the same manager.
Goal, market, partners, family visa plans. The outcome — a jurisdiction recommendation and license composition.
A fixed quote: government fees separate from service. You approve before the first payment.
Applications, portals and authorities — all on our side. In lived cases, the full cycle including the bank takes about six weeks.
Documents in your hands, the company running. We connect visas, the account and retained care — the house keeps working for you.
What it costs
from AED 5,000
We build the exact quote around your task and fix it before we start: government fees listed separately from our work. The figure alongside is the floor; you see the full amount before the first payment, with nothing added later.
A free-zone licence is normally issued within 1–3 working days once the full file is submitted. The immigration card follows — it unlocks the visa stage. The exact timeline depends on the zone, shareholders and activity; we fix it in your estimate before work begins.
A passport, a photo, three name options and a short description of the business. Everything else — document preparation, filing, fee payments — is on us; government fees are paid on your behalf and passed through without markup, with the receipts handed to you.
A free zone gives 100% foreign ownership, a fast start and international operations. To work inside the UAE there are two routes: a mainland company or, in Dubai, a permit for a free-zone company to operate in the emirate. We compare the routes against your task before registering — switching later costs more.
Largely yes: preparation, filing and licence issue happen without your presence. You will need to come for the visa stage — the medical test and biometrics are strictly in person.

A personal manager will reply. Government fees and the house’s work are always separated in the estimate.
