Documents & legalization

Any Russian document must be translated and legalized to work in the UAE — and an Emirati one must travel the mirror chain for Russia. We take this on whole: you hand over a document and receive one ready to use.

What's included

01

The full consular chain

The UAE is outside the Hague Convention — a Russian apostille has no force here. We carry the document through every authority of both countries: notary → Ministry of Justice → Foreign Ministry → embassy → MOFA.

02

Sworn translation

Russian ↔ Arabic ↔ English through translators of the UAE Ministry of Justice register — the only translation courts and state bodies accept.

03

Recognition of education

Equivalency of university diplomas and school documents for work, study and licensing.

04

Powers of attorney and notary

Remote notarization by video call at Dubai Courts and the Russian consular notary — powers of attorney for deals without flights.

05

The reverse chain, UAE → Russia

Emirati documents for Russian authorities: MOFA attestation, the Russian consulate, notarized translation.

How it works

  1. 1

    Document diagnostics

What document, for which authority, by when. We name the route and the requirements straight away.

  2. 2

    Quote and start

A fixed quote: authority fees separate from our work.

  3. 3

    The chain of authorities

Every filing on our side, status at every step. The full route end to end takes about a month.

  4. 4

    A document that works

Recognized by the authorities — and usually opening the next task: a school, a visa, a deal. It is already with the same manager.

What it costs

from AED 300 per document

We build the exact quote around your task and fix it before we start: government fees listed separately from our work. The figure alongside is the floor; you see the full amount before the first payment, with nothing added later.

Questions and answers

Which documents need legalisation for the UAE?

Most often marriage and birth certificates (family visas), degrees (certain professions and licences), powers of attorney and corporate documents. We tell you the exact list for your case — no unnecessary legalisations.

How long does legalisation take?

It depends on the issuing country and route: usually one to four weeks. Fast tracks exist — we will say honestly where they are real and where they waste money.

Do I need a sworn translation?

As a rule, UAE authorities accept foreign documents with an Arabic translation by a legal translator from the Ministry of Justice register. We set the order of translation and attestation — the order decides whether the document is accepted.

What is the family document package?

The set for family visas: marriage and birth certificates with legalisation and translation for each family member. Done in one run — faster and cheaper than document by document.
